Looking for adventure? Climbing is a great way to challenge yourself, build up your strength and have some fun all at the same time. Come check out our indoor rock climbing and traverse wall in the Physical Education Complex. Located in the Auxiliary Gym, our climbing wall stands 30 feet tall with five top rope routes and includes a traverse wall more than 30 horizontal feet for climbing space. Routes are set for all climbing abilities, from beginner to advanced.

Indoor rock climbing is one of the fastest growing sports worldwide. It is an incredible experience that helps develop a stronger mind and body. Visit the climbing wall to try something new, experience a full-body workout, test your strength and endurance, or develop your climbing skills. Climbing shoes, helmets, and harnesses are provided free of charge. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are here to assist you with your climbing needs. "Climb on!"

Top Rope Climbing

Our top rope wall features 5 roped climbing lanes where climbers can step into a harness and work their way up to a height of 30 feet while being belayed by our trained climbing wall staff.

Traverse Climbing Wall

A traverse wall is a horizontal climbing wall where the goal is to make it across the wall, rather than to the top. They are typically no higher than 10 feet and don't involve ropes, harnesses or safety equipment, other than safety mats.
