ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï’s Genocide and Human Rights in Africa and the Diaspora (GHRAD) Center will host their 8th annual conference next week, featuring presenters from all around the world. Two professors recently published books, in-person campus tours are back and there’s a new alumni referral program to help students waive their application fee. NEIU is also excited to announce a new partnership with four other Illinois schools to create a more diverse and equitable data science workforce through the Metropolitan Chicago Data-science Corps. NEIU For You is a new barrier-breaking one-time scholarship offering first-year, full-time undergraduate students funds to cover tuition and all mandatory fees for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022! It also covers the cost of a three credit hour course for all new undergraduate transfer students who register for six credit hours or more for Fall 2021.
