ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï has entered into a new partnership with ASPIRA of Illinois to help ASPIRA teachers gain their Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS I) Endorsement over the summer.

Black History Month is about to kick off at ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï! Among the many highlights is the return of an alumna who founded the Bronzeville Historical Society and will return for a lecture at the Carruthers Center.

Richard P. Montañez, creator of the popular Flamin’ Hot line of snack products, will serve as the next speaker in ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï’s Daniel L. Goodwin Distinguished Lecture Series.

Ten members of the ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï community were honored during the 18th Annual Black Heritage Awards ceremony on Feb. 28 at the Jacob H. Carruthers Center for Inner City Studies (CCICS).
