Mashal’s background spans education and social services, including mentoring Chicago Public School students, facilitating refugee resettlement, and supporting survivors of domestic violence. In her current role as Career Liaison, she collaborates with colleges and student organizations, works one-on-one with students on their career development needs, and manages the part-time job fair and workshop series. As a first-generation graduate, she is passionate about guiding students from underrepresented groups to resources and opportunities that foster both academic and career growth.
