Biography

I am a passionate and transformational leader dedicated to helping others achieve their full potential through growth, mentoring, and coaching. My leadership philosophy is grounded in continuous improvement, fiscal responsibility, and inclusive excellence, creating environments where individuals feel confrontable in their own skin and empowered to contribute, thrive, and make a lasting impact.

A proud advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, I value building multicultural relationships and collaborative partnerships that drive both personal and organizational growth.

I hold a Master of Science in Public Service Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Robert Morris University. In addition, I possess professional credentials in Workforce Development, Project Management, and Marketing.

Over the past 24 years, I have built a distinguished and versatile career leading diverse departments, programs, and projects across higher education, workforce development, healthcare, business development, and corporate operations.

Currently, I serve as the Business Manager for the Angelina Pedroso Center for Diversity and Intercultural Affairs at ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï, supporting Dr. DeWitt Scott in overseeing daily business and administrative operations. Previously, I served as Administrative Director for the MU NCORP program at the Hektoen Institute of Medicine, managing pre- and post-award grant activities and supporting oncology research initiatives through collaboration, compliance, and strategic oversight.

I have also held leadership roles at Equus Workforce Solutions and the National Able Network, advancing workforce development programs and partnerships that connected job seekers to meaningful employment and career growth opportunities. Earlier in my career, I contributed to major initiatives at DePaul University and the City Colleges of Chicago, including the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. My work in program management, HR operations, and strategic planning reflects a lifelong dedication to education, workforce advancement, and organizational excellence.
