Background
Susan joined the Institutional Research staff in September 2018 having worked previously for many years at the Chicago Public Schools where she oversaw the admission process for magnet, selective enrollment and International Baccalaureate schools. More recently, she worked at the University of Chicago researching the effects of ninth grade intervention efforts to bolster graduation rates. Susan’s research interests include educational equity, literacy and social and human capital in schools.
